By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using FaceZio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform.
1. ABOUT FACEZIO
FaceZio is a business messaging, automation, communication, and software platform operated by V-SKY Electric CORP.
Depending on the features available to your account, FaceZio may provide services including:
- WhatsApp Business messaging tools
- Messaging automation
- Message template management
- Contact management
- Campaign and communication management
- WhatsApp webhook integration
- API integrations
- Automated workflows
- Customer communication tools
- Subscription and credit-based services
- Reporting and analytics
- Related business communication features
Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed from time to time.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You may be required to create an account to use FaceZio.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Keep your password and API credentials secure
- Prevent unauthorized access to your account
- Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use
- Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account
You may not create accounts using false, misleading, stolen, or unauthorized information.
3. BUSINESS AND WHATSAPP ACCOUNT CONNECTIONS
FaceZio may allow users to connect WhatsApp Business, Meta, or other third-party business accounts.
By connecting a third-party account, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use and manage that account
- You have permission to connect it to FaceZio
- You will comply with all applicable third-party terms and policies
- Information submitted during connection or verification is accurate
FaceZio does not guarantee approval, verification, availability, or continued operation of any third-party account.
4. WHATSAPP AND META COMPLIANCE
Users who access WhatsApp-related features through FaceZio must comply with applicable Meta and WhatsApp policies, including requirements relating to:
- User consent
- Business messaging
- Message templates
- Marketing communications
- Customer service communications
- Opt-in and opt-out requirements
- Prohibited products, services, or content
- Messaging quality and account reputation
Meta or WhatsApp may restrict, suspend, reject, or permanently disable business accounts, phone numbers, templates, or messaging access.
V-SKY Electric CORP. does not control Meta or WhatsApp enforcement decisions and is not responsible for restrictions imposed by those services.
5. CONSENT AND MESSAGING RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for obtaining all legally required consent before contacting recipients.
You must not use FaceZio to send:
- Unsolicited spam
- Messages to purchased or unlawfully obtained contact lists
- Deceptive or fraudulent messages
- Harassing or abusive communications
- Unauthorized marketing communications
- Messages prohibited by applicable law or third-party platform policies
Where required, recipients must be provided with a reasonable method to stop or opt out of communications.
The FaceZio user is responsible for ensuring that all messages sent through their account are lawful and authorized.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use FaceZio only for lawful business purposes.
You must not use FaceZio to:
- Commit fraud
- Impersonate another person or business
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or malicious software
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Conduct phishing or credential theft
- Send deceptive or misleading communications
- Circumvent Meta, WhatsApp, or other provider restrictions
- Abuse APIs, webhooks, infrastructure, or platform resources
- Interfere with FaceZio security or availability
- Engage in illegal activity
- Violate applicable privacy or communications laws
We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
7. CONTACT DATA
Users may upload, import, synchronize, or otherwise process customer or contact information through FaceZio.
You represent that you have the legal right and required authorization to process such information.
You remain responsible for:
- The source of your contact data
- Obtaining required consent
- Maintaining accurate records
- Responding to opt-out requests
- Complying with privacy laws
- Deleting data when required
V-SKY Electric CORP. does not sell user-uploaded customer contact lists.
8. API AND WEBHOOK USE
FaceZio may provide APIs, webhooks, access tokens, application credentials, or integration tools.
You are responsible for protecting all:
- API keys
- Access tokens
- Webhook secrets
- Account credentials
- Integration credentials
You must not publicly expose, share, sell, or misuse private credentials.
We may limit, rotate, suspend, or revoke API access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, system stability, or policy compliance.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PLANS, AND CREDITS
Certain FaceZio services may require:
- A paid subscription
- Usage credits

Available features, usage limits, pricing, credits, and plan conditions may vary.
Users are responsible for reviewing applicable pricing before purchasing or using paid services.
10. PAYMENTS

By purchasing a subscription, credit package, or paid service, you authorize the applicable charges.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the payment provider.
11. REFUNDS
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, payments for subscriptions, credits, or consumed services may be non-refundable once the applicable service or usage has been provided.

- Third-party service outages
- Meta or WhatsApp service disruptions
- Security incidents
- Technical problems
- Events outside our reasonable control
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
FaceZio may integrate with third-party services including Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp, payment providers, hosting providers, and other technology services.
Use of those services may be governed by separate third-party terms.
V-SKY Electric CORP. does not control and is not responsible for:
- Third-party service availability
- Third-party account suspensions
- Policy changes
- Pricing changes
- API changes
- Feature removal
- Service interruptions
- Third-party enforcement decisions
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
FaceZio and its associated platform, software, interface, design, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to V-SKY Electric CORP., except where otherwise stated.
You may not:
- Copy proprietary FaceZio software
- Reverse engineer protected components
- Resell unauthorized copies
- Remove ownership notices
- Use FaceZio branding without permission
- Claim ownership of FaceZio technology
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FaceZio intellectual property to users.
16. USER CONTENT
You retain rights to content that you lawfully submit to FaceZio.
By submitting content necessary to provide the service, you authorize V-SKY Electric CORP. to process that content only as reasonably required to:
- Operate FaceZio
- Deliver messages and workflows
- Provide integrations
- Process support requests
- Maintain platform security
- Meet legal obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
17. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
V-SKY Electric CORP. may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraud or abuse is suspected
- Unauthorized activity occurs
- Payments remain unpaid
- Platform security is threatened
- Messaging rules are violated
- Third-party provider requirements are violated
- Use of the platform creates legal or operational risk
Where appropriate, we may provide notice before suspension or termination, but immediate action may be taken where necessary for security or compliance.
18. USER TERMINATION
Users may stop using FaceZio at any time.
Termination or account closure does not automatically eliminate:
- Outstanding payment obligations
- Previously incurred usage charges
- Legal obligations
- Records required for accounting, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes
19. PRIVACY
Use of FaceZio is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how V-SKY Electric CORP. may collect, use, process, store, and protect personal information associated with FaceZio.
Users should review the Privacy Policy before using the platform.
20. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the platform.
However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for securing:
- Passwords
- Email accounts
- API credentials
- Access tokens
- Connected WhatsApp accounts
- Meta Business accounts
- Devices used to access FaceZio
21. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FaceZio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
V-SKY Electric CORP. does not guarantee that:
- The service will always be uninterrupted
- Every message will be delivered
- Every WhatsApp account will be approved
- Every message template will be approved
- Third-party integrations will always remain available
- Use of the service will produce any particular business result
22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V-SKY Electric CORP. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of FaceZio.
This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from:
- Business interruption
- Lost revenue
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Message delivery failures
- Account restrictions
- Third-party outages
- Meta or WhatsApp enforcement
- Unauthorized account access caused by user credential exposure
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
23. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:
- Your unlawful use of FaceZio
- Messages sent through your account
- Violation of recipient rights
- Violation of third-party policies
- Violation of applicable law
- Content submitted by you
- Your breach of these Terms
24. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
V-SKY Electric CORP. may update, modify, improve, restrict, replace, or discontinue features of FaceZio.
We may make changes where necessary for:
- Security
- Platform development
- Third-party API changes
- Legal compliance
- Performance
- Business operations
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
V-SKY Electric CORP. may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of FaceZio after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. GOVERNING REQUIREMENTS
Your use of FaceZio must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, communications requirements, privacy requirements, and third-party platform policies relevant to your location and activities.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes activity prohibited by applicable law.
27. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the FaceZio Privacy Policy and any applicable plan, payment, or service terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of FaceZio.
